It is HOT! Thankfully God is giving me grace and I can go for a swim in the ocean whenever, but it is hot here :) You get used to constantly sweating....BUT please pray because our water is off again and all I want to do right now is shower :) You all should come to Africa HAHA!
Okay down to the good stuff. It's crazy how fast the weeks of flown by but at the same time it feels like I've been here for years. I have 3 weeks of school left and I know the best is still yet to come. I still learning to die and give total control to God. Its so funny how we try to manipulate God...thinking we know whats best for our lives. I'm still learning to give everything over to Him and honestly I don't want to live life by my own plans. My plans just leave me empty, unsatisfied and messed up. Its laughable that we try and tell God how our lives should be. Its only when I'm living in complete surrender that I find myself living the greatest adventure of my life and I'm not bogged down complacency and unsatisfaction. Thats where I've been the last few weeks. Just being 100% dependent on Him....knowing that I can't even breath without His help.
I hope you all are doing well! Thank you for all your prayers. God really has been speaking to me and laying other nations on my heart. Closed broken nations that are starving for the truth and God is preparing me to go and lay my life down. Its an honor to lay my life down for the one I love and I can't wait to openly worship Jesus Christ with my brothers and sisters who haven't been able to for so long. We really don't realize how good we have it in the States. We just had a geust speaker come and he was in a closed nation in Asia where he was able to preach the gospel for the first time to thousands of people. We saw a video of it and I can't get what I saw out of my head. Pastors crying because they could openly worship Jesus and they were crying because they saw the shift in their government to allow them to continue to worship freely!!! Thousands of people running to receive Jesus....falling on their faces because they were so hungry. Yeah I'm excited for what is to come!
Thank you for your prayers toward my health. I'm feeling 100% better! I was also able to go on another outreach to another villege this last weekend. I don't have time to write about it but God did amazing things! The blind saw, people were baptized and many came to know the Lord. It's been an amazing time.

Short and Sweet
I don't have much time to write, but I still wanted to give a quick little update. I had a long term missionary meeting yesterday and it went really well! I have one more and then I'll find out if I'll be here longer than the 3 months. I'm really excited :) There is another base here in Mozzy that has a girls home called "The House of Beauty" and they need some help running it. Right now they have 5 girls but there is room for 18. It is a small base but will grow quickly. If you guys could be praying for Gods leading and wisdom I would love that! I miss you all so much! I will be coming home for a a couple months before I come back....so most of you will see me :)
I'll keep you updated on the process of it all because nothing is set in stone yet. Also if you could be praying for my health. I've been fine this whole time, except a bad cut on my toe that has healed up so quickly it could only be God, and now I have a bad cold that if keeping me under the weather a little.
Thank you!

5th Week
I'm ending my fifth week of HARVEST school and it just keeps getting better and better! Its so beautiful here. I'm surrounded by coconut treesm, bananna trees and all sort of tropical flowers :) Not to mention the beach that is right across the road AND it's beautiful. It has the most beautiful blue water I've ever seen. I still think the Oregon coast is THE most beautiful coastline in the world, but this is pretty close.
The last couple of weeks our water has stopped running. So some days we get to shower and flush our toilets and then some days we don't. I can't remember the last time I showered if that helps you understand the situation :) I've never been so thankful that I grew up with a toilet that flushes in my life....let alone have one. AND thank God for wet wipes! When you can't shower they come in handy :) I'm suprised at how clean I actually am. I just found out this morning though that we should have some water by this afternoon and then I can SHOWER. Good news though....the weather here makes my hair look so good! HAHA!
I wish all of you could experience this with me. Well honestly you can because thankfully our Father doesn't limit His presence to just Mozambique, but I can't deny that this is a special place. I thank God I'm here. I learned the school turned down 600 people for this term and normally the school here has 100-150 people, but mine has 270+ people! I REALLY thank God I'm here. He is so good! I don't know where to begin to tell you what God has been doing in my own heart other than He really is removing everything of me and downloading more of Himself. Its been my prayer that I would look and act and be just like Him and He is taking me through that process. Its been wonderful! There is nothing the compares to the presence and touch of the Holy Spirit and I don't want to live, in fact I can't live and have breath, without Him.
Thank you all for your prayers! There working ;) HAHA! God is really showing me direction and I've never been so excited and peacefully in my life. I will be coming home for a little while (a month, maybe two) and then I believe I'll be back in Africa after that. I still have a few things to work out before its set in stone though. Pray that the voice of God is made ever so clear that no one can deny what He is saying. Love you guys!!!!!!
Please grab my family and pray for them and hug them for me!
